FREE Standard Shipping for all orders across Australia. Express Post: $7.50 Flat rate. 

NZ: Special Offer - $10 Flat rate standard shipping for all orders to New Zealand (limited time only)

Delivery

We do our best to get orders out with speedy despatch. All orders are sent via Australia Post from Adelaide.

*Standard delivery time within Australia is approximately 3-8 business days from despatch. More information about Australia post delivery times can be found at https://auspost.com.au/

We aim to achieve same-day-despatch on orders made during business hours. However, it may take up to 3 working days to despatch your order during busy periods.

If you require your order urgently, please let us know by emailing contact@spanishshoesaustralia.com.au or message us via the chat on our website.

*All delivery times are approximate and are subject to external factors. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Spanish Shoes Australia will not be held liable for stolen parcels. We strongly recommend customers provide a secure delivery address.

Returns Policy

We proudly offer 30-day returns!

Whether it doesn’t fit, you’ve changed your mind, or for any other reason, we are happy to receive the item back in 'as new' condition within 30 days of delivery date and provide a refund. Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for ensuring the parcel reaches us safely. See 'Exchanges' below, if you simply wish to swap for another size. 

As long as the item(s) you are sending are being returned from within Australia and they can be carried by AusPost, we can offer a Capped Price Return Shipping cost of $10.00.

To access this service, simply follow the returns instructions below and when you email us mention you would like to utilise capped price return shipping. We will then send instructions on how to purchase the AusPost label for $10.00. Alternatively, you can arrange your own return shipping if more convenient for you. 

Item(s) must be returned unworn, in their original condition, and packaging. Always try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid any damage to the shoes.

Please note: If you’re unsure as to whether your item meets the conditions for a refund, please contact us before returning your item. If we receive an item for return that is not in perfect condition (e.g. tags removed, packaging damaged, showing signs of wear or use) we may decline the return. 

If an item is deemed faulty, a repair, replacement, or refund will be given at the discretion of Spanish Shoes Australia. Before an item can be deemed faulty it must be assessed by Spanish Shoes Australia. We will happily cover the cost of any postage required for items deemed faulty.

How to return an item:

  1. Read through the Returns Policy (above) carefully to ensure it is within these terms
  2. Email us at contact@spanishshoesaustralia.com.au to let us know to expect your return and advise if you'd like to utilise the capped price return shipping option mentioned above.
  3. Protectively pack the item(s) in original packaging and postage satchel to:

We aim to process returns within 2 days of receiving the parcel. You'll receive an email notifying you once it has been processed. Refunds may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank. 

We’ll refund the price you paid for that particular item, but note that we don’t refund any shipping costs originally charged and we deduct any promotional savings (e.g. if you purchased 2 items as part of a "buy 2 items, get 10% off", and return one of them, we will refund the difference as though you just purchased the 1 item).

Exchanges

We do not offer item-for-item exchanges.

To exchange an item, make a new purchase of the item you prefer and simply send your original item back for a refund. We will happily arrange a return postage label for you at no cost, if you are exchanging.
